Brief description FUNCTION:
ALT-AUTO175-2-type mask machine is a fully automated production of external ear masks with the production equipment. The machine is an automatic sparse system to connect an ALT-175 mask body machine and two ALT-WD175 type external ear machine.
The body of the mask produced by the body, can be distributed by the PLC on average to two sets of external ear machine with 100-150 per minute speed of production. The whole process can be controlled through the man-machine interface touch screen operation.
This combination of addition to the ALT-175-type mask body must be, the latter part of the customer can be arbitrarily changed according to customer requirements, or 2 sets of ear with point machine
FEATURES:
The machine is made of aluminum alloy which makes it beautiful,prevented from rust and has a small size.
The machine can make the 1--5 levels mask blank according for the customer's require with a high output;
You can adjust the size of the mask blank and the folding location；
The direction of the earloop is outside；
Compared with sub-mask production equipment, this set of equipment more efficient, more economical artificial；
The computer program control and photoelectric detection make it have a high reliability and low failure rate；
